What this site collects
This site is static. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no forms and no profiling. I do not track you between visits. Contact starts only when you click the email address, which opens your own mail client.
The email you send me
If you email me, I process the data in your message (name, email address, content, any company details you share) only to reply and possibly arrange cooperation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (pre-contract steps and my legitimate interest). I do not sell your data or pass it to third parties. I keep these messages as long as needed for contact and accounting, then delete them.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on servers in the European Union. The server may automatically record short-lived technical logs (for example IP address, browser type, visit time) solely for security and correct operation. Logs are kept briefly and I do not link them to you.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to v.iukhnovych@semrubicon.pl.
Complaint to the authority
If you believe I process data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
